Obedient is a misnomer; obedient plant will spread enthusiastically in optimal conditions to form a dense stand. It’s great for filling a difficult, consistently wet area. Plays well in a wet meadow with other rhizomatous perennials and large grasses. Has delicate pink flowers in late summer.
